From Ruth Green
Last night I attended a meeting of Blue Mountains City Council where Mayor Mark Greenhill proposed council fly their Rainbow Flag until discrimination in marriage in Australia has been stopped forever. This morning the Rainbow Flag flew proudly in the council forecourt at Civic Place Katoomba. Well done Blue Mountains City Council. 🌈👏

A Plebiscite for Marriage Equality?
Any Plebiscite for Equal Choice in Marriage is just a government funded and sanctioned nationwide exercise in homophobic bullying. Cruel and unnecessary. An invasion of the privacy of all people who are gay or lesbian and their families in Australia. What a shocking disgrace. Shame on our politicians to allow this terrible persecution! Christmas in July Dinner. From Ruth Green
Last night I enjoyed a wonderful Christmas in July Dinner with our friends from the Three Sisters Social Group at The Chalet in beautiful Medlow Bath , Blue Mountains. Yummy food great company. A happy evening.
Many thanks to The Three Sisters Social Group for their very generous donation to PFLAG, NSW, of nineteen hundred dollars which will fund the new reprint of our leaflets. A very generous donation.👏👏
Winter Magic Festival Katoomba from Ruth
Ron and I with Malcolm McPherson from Australian Marriage Equality and friends from Pink Mountains waiting in the Marshalling area for the Winter Magic Festival Parade. We represented PFLAG in the parade with Pink Mountains. About fourty to fifty thousand people were in Katoomba on Saturday 24th June to enjoy the Festival and the Parade. A fun day for everyone.

From Ruth Green re Margaret Court's comments.
It's not enough our families are expected to tolerate Margaret Court's offensive comments regarding the equality of our loved ones, now she has chosen to demonise the parents and families of children who are transgender. Parents and families who are supportive, understanding, knowledgeable, caring, inclusive and loving. You are a very sad person Margaret.
